FM Cloud and SSL Certificates, A Passion for Sleep, New Phishing Scam

FM Cloud and SSL Certificates - The Brain Basket

I posted about setting up FileMaker Cloud servers last week and managed to miss the final, and probably most difficult, part of successfully setting up a FileMaker Cloud Server: Setting up an SSL certificate after the 90-day courtesy certificate expires.

Fortunately, Claus Lavendt rides to the rescue (again) with a free FileMaker database tool to simplify and speed up the process.  And kudos to Richard Carlson for publishing this video on the FileMaker Training Videos youtube page:

Sleep Deprivation

Do you often find yourself lying awake at night, staring at your alarm clock as it ticks away the time? Or, do you wake regularly during the night, leaving you feeling as if you haven’t slept at all?

Problems resulting from the lack of sleep is gaining more and more attention.  I've posted on this previously mostly because it has been a major factor in my life.  I've studied the problem and worked hard at finding ways to get enough sleep every night.  The results have been mixed, but overall I am doing better.

Enter Alisa of Nest Maven, a website dedicated to helping people improve their sleep.  Alisa directed me to her site, and I found it very helpful.  Her site covers every aspect of improving your sleep:

  • Exercise
  • Diet
  • Environment
  • Mediation
  • Bedtime Routine
  • Tools and Resources

If you are having trouble getting enough sleep, check out her site.
